We offer wide solid planks most dimensions and grades. All our floors are manufactured to order and by client specific preferences. Most of our solid wood flooring is handmade and finished with the highest quality oil on the market. We value good handwork that help flooring retain its glow and its unique appearance in many years. There are many considerations when choosing a new floor. Therefore, we recommend that you take time and get the necessary knowledge on the wooden floor. A wood floor is not just something you walk on, it is a significant part of your property which you must live with it for many years. The most important thing is that you get your dream floor and we are  happy when you are satisfied.

Heat Treated  Engineered wood flooring is a brand new product for wood floors. Heat treatment gives the wood many benefits besides providing a fantastic deep and dark color throughout the plank. One advantage is that tree come down in moisture content of about 5.5-6% and therefore becomes plank floor less susceptible to changes in the relative humidity as can occur in the home. Another advantage that the floor is better suited to Underfloor heating. Plank floors are noticeably more stable than non-heated floors.

In practice, the planks heated to 200 ° C for 48 hours in a special source. You could say that the wood is burned slowly all the way into the kernel. This is 100% natural process when no unnatural 'additive' be used. This is important to ensure a healthy indoor environment in your home or workplace. When heat is wood there even harder than before the process.

Great Grand Plank

Thickness: 21/23 mm.
Width: 190/250 mm.

Construction: 6 or 8 mm hardwood on 15 mm marine grade plywood
Tongue and groove, bevel edge, sanded, surface knots filled, every board individually sanded and inspected.

Grand Plank
Dimensions:
Thickness: 22 mm.
Width: 200 mm.
Length: 600 - 2900 mm.
Construction: 22 mm solid hardwood
Tongue and groove. Bevel edge. Sanded surface. All boards individually sanded and inspected. Planks lengths are from 600 – 2900 mm and are mixed lengths in packages.
Species: European Oak, Ash,
Grade: Rustic - Select/nature
Drying: 8% + - 1,5%
Grading
Nature/select grade: Moderate color variations, max 20 mm sound knots allowed, small sapwood allowed, small sound filled cranks allowed.
Rustic grade: Unlimited size of knots. All knots filled, all color variations allowed, rot not allowed.
Choice of surface treatment on both Grand & Great Grand Planks:
Oiled natural. White oiled. Stained oiled. Rustic color oiled. Oak and Ash are also produced distressed.
